Finding My Visual Voice

Lately, I've been on a kick on finding my visual voice. Some artists are very focused and have a look and feel for their work. Mine is very diverse. I love experimenting and exploring. It's hard to find your visual identity when you're having so much fun. Don't get me wrong, I have a lot of frustrations too.

Sometimes I move into a realistic mode and then back into total abstraction. Realism helps to strengthen my abstract skills. You need to have a sense of what you're doing. To draw your ideas from something you know. But, I'm also moving into intuitive abstract painting. You see, it's a wee bit complicated. See some of my latest works.
